In this work,a simple, sensitive¬ and¬ efficicat method of ligandless liquid phase microextraction based on deep eutectic solvent for preconcentration¬ of trace amounts of lead in edible oils have been proposed.The flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used for final analysis¬¬¬ of lead.The green solvent based on deep eutectic type was formed from mixing of Choline¬¬ chloride and tetra-n-¬butyl¬¬ ammonium hydroxide(TBA) [1].To¬¬ obtain the maximum extraction efficiency,the effect of some parameters such as ,the molar ratio of Choline chloride /¬TBA (composition of the solvent), volume of ethanol as diluent solvent,amount of sample, extraction¬ time and extraction temperature [2] were investigated.Under the optimized conditions; a linear range of 0.04¬ -¬1.20 µg.mL-1, limit of detection 0.015 µg.mL-1,¬ and preconcentration factor of 24.7¬ were obtained. Also,relative standard deviation for six replicate determination lead are obtained %3.85,%1.20 and %1.10 in 0.08,0.5 and1.0 µg ML-1 concentration respectively.The developed method was successfully applied for determination of lead in different edible oils.
