Hollow micro-/nanostructured materials possess attractive properties such as high specific surface area, low density and high loading capacity, which endow them with potential applications in dye-sensitized solar cells, lithium ion batteries, super capacitors, catalysis, drug delivery, sensors, water treatment, nano-reactors, and fuel cells[1]. Bis pyrazoles have a wide range of biological activities. These compounds are used as anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-anxiety, antibiotics, antivirus, anti-tumor, and gastric secretion stimulant [2]. In this study, recyclable magnetic CuFe2O4 hollow sphere has been prepared and effectively has been used in the synthesis of 4,4-(aryl methylene)bis(3-methyl-1H-perazol-5-ol)derivatives under solvent-free conditions.
