1st International e-Conference on novel Food Processing

For many years scientific people have been gathering together from all around the world in annual conferences to discuss ideas and present their new innovations, but many have been missing this opportunity due to the long distances. We are happy to host “the first international electronic conference on novel food processing” (IECFP 2013). This would be a perfect chance to get together with the world’s most prominent experts and hopefully take a step toward more efficient techniques of food processing in the modern world.
This conference deals with new ideas on food processing and also food engineering. Any novel technology which contains innovation of any kind would be welcomed here. Just like any conventional conference the event takes place in 2 days and a number of sessions, which will be informed, later on our website.
I would like to thank all my colleagues for their supporting helps and all their technical support and advices. I’m also thankful to Ferdowsi university of Mashhad, Iran for their administrative supports, and to all people and institutes whom we are totally indebted to, for all their kind financial and scientific supports.
